油画的主要材料和工具：

1、颜料
1. Pigments
分矿物质和化学合成两大类。最初的颜料多为矿物质颜料，由手工研磨成细末，作画时才进行调和鼻衄内。近代由工厂成批生产，装入锡管，颜料的种类也不断增加。
It can be divided into two categories: minerals and chemical synthesis. Initial pigments are mostly mineral pigments, which are ground into fines by hand, and then reconciled into epistaxis when painting. In modern times, it was manufactured in batches by factories and loaded into tin tubes. The kinds of pigments were also increasing.
颜料的性能与其所含的化学成分有关，调色时，化学作用会使有些颜料之间产生不良反应。因而，掌握颜料的性能有助于充分发挥油画技巧并使作品色彩经久不变。
The properties of pigments are related to their chemical composition. When toned, chemical action will cause adverse reactions between some pigments. Therefore, mastering the performance of pigments is helpful to give full play to oil painting skills and to keep the color of the works unchanged for a long time.
2、松节油
2. Turpentine
是一种挥发性医用油。在油画的调制中，起稀释颜料的作用。一两分钟即可完全挥发，干后无光泽。将松节油和调色油按照一定比例混合使用，干得较快，色彩也比较亮。
It is a volatile medical oil. In the oil painting modulation, plays the role of diluting pigments. It can evaporate completely in a minute or two, and it has no luster after drying. When turpentine and toner oil are mixed in a certain proportion, the drying speed is faster and the color is brighter.
3、画笔
3. Brushes
用弹性适中的动物毛制成，有尖锋圆形、平锋扁平形、短锋扁平形及扇形等种类。
Made of moderately Elastic Animal hair, it can be classified as sharp-edged, flat-edged, short-edged, flat-shaped and fan-shaped.
