Calligraphy and Calligraphy
书法和法书是不同的两个概念。书法是指毛笔字书写的方法，主要讲执笔、用笔、点画、结构、分布（行次、章法）等方法。如执笔要指实掌虚，五指齐力；用笔要中锋铺毫；点画要圆满周到；
Calligraphy and calligraphy are two different concepts. Calligraphy refers to the writing method of brush strokes. It mainly talks about such methods as practicing brush, using brush, dotting, structure, distribution (lines, rules) and so on. If you hold a pen, you should point to the empty palm, five fingers together; use a pen to lay the center; dot painting should be perfect and thoughtful;
结构要横直相安，意思呼应；分布要错综变化，疏密得直，全章贯气等等。主要是讲写汉字的方法，如李慎言的《书法概论》一类的书。进一步说，就是书写汉字的文章诗句使之成为艺术作品的方法。
Structures should be straight and consistent, meaning should be echoed, distribution should be intricate, dense and straight, the whole chapter should be coherent, and so on. It mainly talks about the methods of writing Chinese characters, such as Li Shenyan's Introduction to Calligraphy and other books. Furthermore, it is the method of writing Chinese characters in articles, poems and sentences to make them works of art.
